NASA's return to the Moon dropped by Obama
The Moon WASHINGTON — U.S. President Barack Obama’s plan to scrap NASA’s Moon-bound Constellation program and turn to private companies for launching astronauts into space provoked a strong bipartisan rebuke from the Alabama, Florida and Texas congressional delegations several days before the president was slated to deliver his annual budget request to Congress.

A Trickle on the Moon
The Moon A team of researchers has discovered the first evidence of water on the moon. A new type of chemical analysis has spotted the telltale signs of water molecules inside tiny beads of volcanic glass brought to Earth decades ago by the Apollo astronauts.
